I am on a low-fat and low-sugar diet. The only salad dressings I get to eat are low-fat Ranch or low-fat Italian. Ranch was ok at first but now I find it terribly bland. I’ve learned to mix in a few ingredients to jazz it up. Consider: 1 tbs. Parmesian cheese, a few drops of Tabasco, dry parsley, Dijon mustard. Gourmet black pepper, garlic powder, or Stevia. Mix and match to add some flavor to your mealtime.

Balsamic dressing is tangy!
Balsamic salad dressings are a great choice if you are tired of Italian. Also try Greek, which has a strong flavor. To make a flavor burst in your balsamic dressing mix in a bit of olive oil, red wine vinegar and one tsp. of Stevia powder. Mix well and enjoy!
